Returns and Exchanges Policy

We make every effort to deliver the highest quality products and customer service. We will do everything we can to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your experience with Qorinka.com. However, if you wish to return or exchange your purchase please follow these instructions.

Returning policy

You can return the item within 15 days after your receipt of the shipment. Merchandise must be returned in sellable condition and in its original packaging in order to receive credit. Product returns cannot be accepted after 30 days.

Please have your return authorized by emailing us at store@qorinka.com. We will give you instructions and an authorization code to return the items to us along with the original receipt and the return/exchange form. We will not issue refunds or exchange merchandise without prior authorization.

Exchange due to manufacturing defect

If you are seeking an exchange of a product due to manufacturing defect, please have your return authorized first by emailing us at store@qorinka.com. We will give you an authorization code that you will send with the item, the original receipt, and the return/exchange form. Upon verification of the defect from our Quality Control Department, we will gladly send you a replacement without extra charges. We will not issue refunds or exchange merchandise without prior authorization.

Availability and back orders

All items in our catalogue are in stock. We work to maintain our inventory updated, but occasionally we may run out of certain products. In this event we would give you an estimated time of availability and give you the option of cancelling the order or holding it until the items are in stock.

Color accuracy

Although we select the photographs on this site to represent colors as accurately as possible, some variation may occur due to the configuration of individual monitors. If you have a question regarding the color or texture of a featured product, please write to store@qorinka.com

When shopping on Qorinka.com it is our goal to make this experience safe and secure.
